Roots & Faces
The woman tattooed on my arm arrived long before Southern Sardinia.
Today, she reminds me that every place is shaped by its roots and its people.
Wine & Plenty grew from a personal Mediterranean journey shaped by roots,
people and meaningful encounters.
Over time, the women and men of Santadi naturally became part of that story:
farmers, vineyard families, cooks, olive growers and local friends —
together creating the warm and deeply human spirit behind
Wine & Plenty.

Roots, people, vineyards and the Mediterranean path
I was born in Israel and grew up in a family with Moroccan roots, where food, hospitality, human connection and the rhythms of Mediterranean life were woven into everyday life.
Over the years, vineyards, wine culture, olive groves and shared tables became an inseparable part of both my personal and professional journey. Living in Italy, I completed my sommelier certification with FISAR and deepened my understanding of wine as an expression of place, culture and people.
My work later expanded into wine education, vineyard programs, wine tourism and curated encounters, always guided by a desire to connect people with the stories, landscapes and traditions behind what they taste.
That Mediterranean path eventually led me to Southern Sardinia, where I created Wine & Plenty — a space where wine, food, people and place come together through meaningful encounters.
