Wine & Plenty
Discover a world of wonder in Southern Sardinia
Beyond the Familiar Sardinia
Village roads, vineyards and meaningful Mediterranean encounters
Some journeys begin on a village road.
Others around a shared table.
Wine & Plenty invites you to discover
a quieter side of Southern Sardinia —
through vineyards, olive groves,
local food, village rhythms
and deeply human encounters.
Santadi is part of the Cammino di Santa Barbara,
where walking paths cross vineyards,
mountains and small Mediterranean villages.
Some moments arrive through wine.
Others through people, laughter and discovery.

The Island Changes With the Seasons
Vineyards, olive groves, village kitchens and Mediterranean life unfolding through the rhythm of the year
No season in Sardinia feels the same.
Summer moves through sea vineyards, long evenings and the first harvest rhythms.
Autumn gathers around olive trees, fresh olive oil and fuller village tables.
Winter slows into quiet kitchens, red wine and deeper human encounters.
Spring returns with wild herbs, green landscapes and stuffed vine leaves prepared by hand.
Wine & Plenty encounters are shaped by these seasonal rhythms — revealing not only different landscapes, but different ways of living, gathering and tasting the island.
For people who love tasting a place — differently
Slow and meaningful encounters in Southern Sardinia through wine, food, people and local culture
Wine & Plenty encounters are created for people who wish to discover Sardinia differently. Through vineyards, village roads, shared tables, local food and meaningful encounters with people and place. For travelers who choose beauty, simplicity and depth over crowds and schedules. Some arrive through wine. Others through the Mediterranean spirit. And many leave feeling part of something deeply human.
Encounters available in English, Italian, French,
German, Spanish and Hebrew.

Founder & Curator of Wine & Plenty
Sommelier • Wine Educator •
Curator of Place-Based Encounters
For many years, wine has been my way of understanding people, places and cultures.
As a FISAR-certified sommelier, wine educator and curator, I have worked with vineyards, wineries, wine tourism and educational programs, always exploring the connection between landscape, food, wine and human stories.
Today, from Southern Sardinia, I create Wine & Plenty encounters that bring together local culture, vineyards, shared tables and meaningful human connections.
